Devotees from all across North America gather together at the New Vrindavan rural Hare Krishna community to honor their beloved spiritual master, His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, the Founder-Acarya of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness, on the auspicious occasion of Vyasa-puja, the birthday celebration of Krishna's pure representative in disciplic succession. The kirtan, or the congregational chanting of the Hare Krishna mantra and the traditional prayers to the spiritual master, are led by Vishnujana Swami, a dear disciple of Srila Prabhupada.
