(Govinda record DJ insert, 1969)

"Govinda is a devotional song, sung in the most ancient of languages, Sanskrit. Govinda is a name of God; the same God as worshipped by ALL religions, nations, etc; and the meaning behind the song transcends language barriers -- time and space, in fact, all things of a temporary nature.

This song can help people to get peace of mind just by hearing the sound repeated over and over. Help yourself and others by playing and listening to it with an OPEN mind, and let us have the first smash number one record praising God in Sanskrit. It would certainly make a change.

Thank you -- love from

George Harrison

* This is an edited copy of Govinda which I hope will be easier for you to program. The B side contains the complete version."
